After implementing a new cloud-based ERP solution, the Emium Lighting team found financial tie out issues with their legacy system. The team also felt ill-equipped in their training and practical use of the new ERP solution.
After obtaining access to Emium’s data environments, Velo identified beginning balance import issues that effected key balance sheet accounts and misrepresented YTD financial results. After resolving this, Velo worked on resolving technical issues and training around the Return Material Authorizations, Warranty Credits, and other issues specific to the inventory module. After addressing key areas, Velo remained available for on-demand issue resolution.
